Privacy Policy

• Your name, email address and time zone.
• The files you upload, in private storage that is not publicly reachable.
• The details taken from those files — titles, dates, amounts, providers, your notes.
• Reminder settings and the record of reminders we sent you.
• Billing status from our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

Your documents are used for one thing: reading the dates and amounts out of them so we can remind you. They are not used to train models, are not used for marketing, and are not sold or shared with advertisers.

To read a document, its contents are sent to our document-reading provider over an encrypted connection, processed, and returned as structured details. That provider is contractually bound not to use the content for its own purposes.

You. Files are stored privately and are only ever reachable through short-lived links issued to your signed-in session. Our staff cannot casually browse them, and the admin view inside NeverMiss shows counts and totals only — never document contents.

For as long as your account exists. Delete a document and its file is removed from storage. Delete your account and everything — profile, items, files, reminders — is permanently removed. Billing records are kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires.

• Export everything you have stored, as a single file, from Settings → Data & Privacy.
• Delete any document at any time.
• Delete your account, permanently, from Settings → Data & Privacy.
• Turn reminder emails off from Settings → Notifications.

We set the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and nothing else. There is no advertising tracking on this site. Product analytics record which actions happen — an upload, a save, a cancellation — never what a document says.
